Skills for Life

Welcome to 23rd Chingford Scout Group

The 23rd Chingford Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are a passionate group of young people and adults who enjoy a variety of skill building activities, adventure and fun.

All sections meet term time for weekly meetings and during some of the term breaks and weekends for day events and sleepovers. We aim to support every child to achieve the highest badges and awards possible in each section and have fun during the whole journey.

The 23rd isn’t just about badges and camping it’s also about making new friends and gaining valuable life skills and experiences.

We hope you find all the information you need if not please always feel free to email us with your enquiries.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
